Instructions:

Rehydrate the raw duck flower with warm spring water for 1 hour before consuming and save the infused spring water. Chew slowly as you consume it then drink the infused spring water that you left the duck flower to rehydrate in. This will help activate its detoxifying properties. The taste and smell can be overwhelming so please be mindful of that when starting this detox process. Stay hydrated throughout your detox with coconut water or cucumber and keylime juice.

It is recommended to break the fast/detox with something light but nutritious like an alkaline fruit smoothie or salad or a raw alkaline approved mixed veggie salad. Stay well hydrated with natural electrolytes from coconut water after the detox as well as during. You should feel it start to work about 2 hours after consumption.
