Cleanse the entire body with this unique whole body intracellular cleansing detox bundle that purifies the entire body at the cellular level from toxins parasites heavy metals calcification and any impurities.

This detox will cleanse the gut/colon, liver, kidneys, lymphatic system and the blood using the following three herbal tea blends starting with the Colon/Gut Tea Blend then the Liver/Kidney Tea Blend and finally the Blood Purifier Tea Blend and the Duck Flower and Cascara Sagrada Capsules.

Also included in this bundle is the Aloha Seamoss Capsules that will help to mineralize your body and the Aloha Iron Capsules which will give your body the spark it needs to stay energized by conveying oxygen to every cell in your body. Both taken during the entire length of the detox.

This is a 10 day detox program that comes with protocol instructions and recommendations. A seeded juice fast is recommended with the detox but other fasting modalities can be used too.

You will need a fine mesh strainer or unbleached non toxic cheesecloth, a blender and stainless steel pot large enough to boil at least 6 cups of spring water in.

First day starts with the Duck Flower which detoxes the entire body and gets the lymphatic system moving to help rid the body of all impurities and such. The next nine days will focus on using the herbal tea blends to help further assist the removal of all impurities.

Herbal Tea Blend Instructions:

Bring 6 cups of spring water to a boil in a stainless steel pot then pour entire contents of the colon herbal tea blend in the pot. Lower temperature on lowest setting and let simmer for 15min then strain with a non toxic unbleached cheesecloth or very fine mesh strainer and pour into glass jars to store. Do this for each tea blend. Let cool down before storing in the fridge and not freezer.

Start with the Colon Tea Blend for 3 days while taking 3 Cascara Sagrada Capsules 3x daily for those first three days. Drink 2 cups daily one in the morning and one at night before bed. Then do the same for the next 3 days with the Liver/Kidney Tea Blend followed by the Blood Purifier Tea Blend for the last three days.

Take both the Aloha Seamoss and Aloha Iron Capsules 3x daily: 3 caps in the morning 3 caps in the afternoon and 3 caps before bed for the length of the fast/detox.

Consume lots of spring water bottled (glass over plastic) preferably during the length of the detox. You can also drink coconut water as well but has to be non concentrate and no added sugar best bet is straight from the coconut. Also juice organic seeded cucumbers with freshly squeezed keylimes and spring water in a blender. Make as much as the blending container can hold and drink one cup in the morning everyday for the length of the fast/detox. I usually blend one organic seeded cucumber with about 3 to 4 keylimes and fill the rest of the blending container with spring water to max capacity.

A strict alkaline diet is recommended after the fast/detox. The alkaline food list can be found on my website at seamosshi.com and is included in the instructions.

You may experience fatigue low energy stomach aches headaches during the fast/detox. This is common when fasting especially when it's your first.
